Ingredients

• 1/4 cup flour
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 cup milk
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• A splash of vanilla (optional)

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a mug. 2. Microwave for 1–1.5 minutes. 3. Let it cool for a few seconds (it’s hot!). 4. Optionally top with ice cream or whipped cream.
