🍳 Chicken Breakfast Scramble

- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken (leftovers work great)
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat up the oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Toss in the onions and peppers, cook for a few minutes until soft. 3. Add the chicken, stir it around for another minute or two. 4. Crack the eggs in a bowl, season, beat them, then pour into the pan. 5. Stir everything together until the eggs are cooked through. 6. Done. Eat it as-is or throw it on toast.
